All packages in the mail...
Yes all mailed, even with the COVID we were in time for fulfillment... well a few weeks behind expected for a few projects.
The only issue now is Australia, as we can not ship there and waiting for it to open up again. This si the 3rd week of a complete lock down, we hope it will open soon. We will keep you updated.
I replied all emails from last week, got some new ones. Will reply this week.
We made it again.. 20 KS delivered in about 2 years of activity.

Shipping
Most of the package are already out of the door. I hope to have them all mailed by next Monday if not earlier.
Priority Mail
Priority mail is very slow, so be patient, the COVID slowdown seems to get better but still very slow.
Courier (Please read)
Each package we mail we are uploading the tracking on Backerkit, also you will get an email (backerkit used email) from Poste Italiane with the LDV number. LDV is not your tracking number. The tracking number is the one we uploaded.
All can be tracked on http://www.poste.it but also in your nation delivery service.
If not delivered that day, (seems like no one is leaving missed delivery tickets) please use this site:

It will tell you the courier used in your country. Is your responsibility to get in touch with them to schedule a second delivery. If not done the package will sit for 7 to 14 days in the nearest pickup point then sent back to us. If this happens we will charge shipping again. (sorry about it but we can not afford it now : ( ...) Please do your best.
As a fact I know some countries local couriers:
Germany - DHL
UK - Parcel Force UK
Spain - Correros
USA - USPS
Each package returned we loose the original shipping charge, and get double charged for return, then charged again to mail it back to you. In the US this will cost us about 60€/70$ if it happens.
PLEASE READ AND TAKE NOTE, THIS WILL MAKE BOTH OF OUR EXPERIENCE EASIER :)

Shipping starts this coming week
Yes even with the COVID emergency we made it again, well we are a week or two behind delivery estimate but I will consider it on time....
We will work all weekend and next week to pack and mail.
Pledge manager has been closed, if you did not submit it, you will need to wait until all orders are shipped and write to our contact email. We will mail them for sure but later.
I knew they were coming but since last order was 2 weeks late on schedule I waited for the boxes to be delivered.
Time to report missing or lost packages
As usual we are setting a final date.
Couriers -
Europe you have till the 27th of June to report a missing package.
USA and rest of the world you have till the 4th of July to report missing packages.
Canada and Australia we will update you as they get first mailed to your country and mailed locally.
After that date we are no longer responsible for losses. Returned packages for non pickup will be sent again once returned to us, but we will charge shipping again. Tracking will be uploaded on your Backerkit order and is up to you to follow the package. Too many people were away and we got several packages returned. We can not afford to pay extra on shipping all the time someone doesn't pick up their package.
Priority Mail -
Europe - 21 of July to report a missing package.
USA and rest of the world - 21 of August to report a missing package.
We are giving extra time as some package to the USA or other countries took over 70 days to deliver instead of the normal 10 to 20 days.
After that date we are no longer responsible for losses.
Why we are setting dates?
As explained in other Kickstarters we are still getting people writing us after a year or more asking were their package is. Last month I got a mail from our first KS that was ran and delivered almost 2 years ago.
We give plenty of information and updates.

Heresylab is a very small company, and is run by me and one more person, it is impossible for us to follow all the communications we get on the various platforms in a timely manner, so please to get a response no KS messages, no FB messages, no Whatsapp, no Messenger, no Web Site contact US just use the email above. If you do you will get a reply, We are not the fastest to reply but we always do, and we always fix issues as several backers can confirm.

Production, STL and Updates

First my apologies
I have been quiet for the past 7 days, but we had the Redeemers and Inquisitor KS models delivered. Last 7 days we spent packing and shipping 450 packages and 7000 miniatures. All in the mail now. I wanted to concentrate on that and did not respond to all the emails.
Production
We had a slight delay, with the COVID emergency getting supplies and other simple tasks is harder and time consuming. But production is almost completed. Probably will be ready by the end of the moth, and we should start shipping mid June.
STL files
All ready to be mailed. If you have any STL file in your order to speed delivery please email: [email protected]
Please in the title or email put STL Citizens and your Kickstarter Nickname. It will be much easier for me to identify your pledge and send you all the files asap.
